Drilling, Planting of Rebar/ Anchor Bolt

SEM Engineering is an authorized applicator of Hilti. We have yearly evaluation besides the in-depth training we received to enhance our skills in providing a complete service of drilling and fastening of rebar and anchor bolts of all sizes and lengths. We have always been proactive in terms of quality and safety. Our environmental approach has developed a good model and accurate design calculations for a rebar bedding application and rebar connections.

Diamond Coring and Diamond Cutting

SEM Engineering can meet all site requirements of M&E openings and structural modification efficiently by using electrical and high frequency coring machine with full range of core bit diameter. Our advanced concrete cutting technology has been designed to meet the specific needs and requirements of your project.

• Stitch coring

For very thick concrete that allows no other applications, we use the stitch coring to remove large segment of thick concrete.

• Angle coring

To core on critical parameters, the SEM Engineering first defines the orientation of the bedding planes and structural information to calculate the strike angle and core direction.

• Wall sawing

Our carefully thought out wall sawing system makes it easier to cut through heavily reinforced concrete and make precise cuts of concrete structure.

• Floor sawing

We use an ergonomic and compact machine in a multitude of diverse cutting to even the most challenging environments. Our comprehensive range of floor saws can cut through all types of concrete and masonry pavements, including asphalt, blocks, slabs, stones, motorways, bridges, pavements, and floor slabs.

Controlled Demolition

We use controlled rock and concrete demolition to control the vibration and the impact of falling concrete, which also prevents the risk of damaging your other structures. We can cut the structures into manageable sizes and remove as we go.

• Conventional hacking (electrical/pneumatic)

To remove the framework, we use the conventional hacking on the surface of the columns and beams.

• Mechanical hacking (robotic)

For large quantity concrete robotic hacking considered as most efficient method of concrete removal.
